I couldn’t wait to get started! I’ve always thought I knew more about animals than the average person, but this course has made me realize how little I actually know. I’m completely intrigued by animal behavior research and am excited to learn more.

CATCH is the only training group I know of that promotes positive and intelligent methods without gimmicks or aversives. Recently someone asked me if I knew of a good way to get certified as a trainer, and I referred CATCH immediately. You guys are doing things right. Keep up the good work!

The process of becoming a dog trainer becomes more and more rewarding every day for me!

With every other school I spoke to I felt like it was more about getting my money and not finding out why training is so important to me. Speaking with David and Rebecca I felt like I was speaking to a friend who was trying to help me accomplish my goals and it never once felt like a sales call.

[My student] Kate is a clear instructor and very patient. I loved watching her be relaxed and comfortable through all of the exercises. I think she will be very helpful to clients who are first time dog owners as well as people with new dogs. Love her!

I feel like my doggie-blindfold has been removed, and I can now appreciate my dogs better by understanding them on their own terms.

My Mentor Trainer gave me an offer to stay on as a helper after the six weeks because she is getting busy. 🙂 I said ‘OF COURSE’ I would love to!

You get tuned in to what your dog is saying and that is exactly what I wanted to learn from the course. It works!

Over her year with CATCH, I have watched [my student] Jane’s confidence bloom. It never occurred to me this would be one side benefit of the CATCH program – it can change people’s lives! Jane hit the ground running and never looked back.

I LOVE this program! The personal assistance is like no other. I was told about this school from a trainer that has been in the business for a long time. She recommended it because of the training techniques versus other academies that still focus on traditional methods. I volunteer at my local shelter and the dogs respond so well to these techniques, it’s truly amazing to see.

Wow. What a difference this course is making in my training. I actually see my dog and I communicating better with all the little things like sound and body language. It’s so cool, I am loving this!

Phase 4…LOVING IT! This is so much fun. The videos are great. I’m really learning a lot about the correct way to train. My Mentor is awesome! What a nice guy. He has been more than able to answer my questions.

Every page of the study guide has kept me wanting to read more, I am so excited about that.

It’s not just the basics in dog training with CATCH. It’s a more in depth curriculum. I wanted a school to help me with ‘why dogs have fear aggression’ and ‘why they suffer from separation anxiety.’ Studying here, I will be able to answer those questions.
